NO Minors
You will give credit to Peposya for their work when reposting the work you order and will only publish the file with the watermark and the word “web” in the title.
They will not mint/use artwork for AI purposes.
The work is for personal use only and may not be used for unauthorized commercial use unless we have negotiated a commercial type commission.
I retain all copyrights in my work, including the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the image as an example for sale or self-promotion, unless otherwise noted.
For a public commission, I can do whatever I want with the image (such as posting it on other sites like Instagram) as long as I give you credit for ownership of the character design.
You are not permitted to copy or trace the work in any way unless permission is obtained in advance. You can edit the icon snippet in terms of cropping banners, icons, and headers.
You reserve the right to print or otherwise create a physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (i.e. NOT for sale).
You may not be alone in the queue for your order, so it may not be possible to complete it within one or two days.
Don’t be pressured by everyday questions “where is my drawing/rig”, as Peposya always tries to keep you up to date on how this or that order is progressing and regarding the queue and execution measures.
Payment is accepted only via BOOSTY or PayPal, only after the order has been approved by Peposya! ANYTHING NOT AGREED WILL BE PERCEIVED AS A DONATION, SO BE CAREFUL!
